Fantastic base for 1 night. A stone fireplace, ironing facilities and a study table in the room, QUIET location. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

The view from the window was beautiful. The king room was nice and complete with high quality furniture. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Ambleside. The food in the lounge area and the service.
